Bowers Bridge is located in West Windsor and is also sometimes known as Brownsville Bridge. It was built in the early 1900s by an unknown craftsman and uses a simple arch-truss constructed of a laminate of five ten-inch planks.

There have been three previous bridges at this location across the Connecticut River and all were destroyed by floods. The bridge links Vermont and New Hampshire and is a site of historical importance since at 449 ft (137m) it is the longest wooden bridge in the US and the longest two-span wooden bridge in the world.
